Thank you for using our products and services (the “Services”). The services are offered by the companies Adservio Social Innovation and Adservio Center with headquarters in Iași, 56 Morilor Street, hereinafter referred to as “Adservio”.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Our services are dedicated to the educational environment, which may involve the processing of minors’ data. Therefore, additional Terms and Conditions or requirements for certain products may sometimes apply and will be promptly communicated before accessing these products. For certain Services, which will be explicitly indicated by Adservio, additional Terms and Conditions may exist, and if you use those Services, such additional Terms and Conditions may form part of the contract between the school to which your child belongs and Adservio, or they may be published on the Adservio website – uni.adservio.ro.
Use of Our Services
You must comply with all policies made available within the Services.
Your use of the Services does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Services or in the content you access. As Adservio users, you access/purchase information services, school management information services, equipment and internet provisioning services, or support services. You do not have the right to use the content within our Services unless your school has contracted a license for the Adservio system, thereby making you a user of our services.
Our Services display certain content that does not belong to Adservio. Responsibility for this content rests solely with the entity providing it, namely the school, as well as with users in relation to the messaging module. Regarding your use of the Services, we may send you announcements about our services, administrative messages, and other information. You can opt out of some or all of these communications by checking/unchecking the corresponding options in your Adservio account settings.
At the start of using Adservio services, you may choose whether or not to consent to Adservio conducting opinion surveys, loyalty campaigns, and promotional campaigns among users, using your user account, email address, or phone number as communication channels. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending a request to the email address: relatiiclienti@adservio.ro
Your Adservio Account
To use Adservio services, an Adservio Account is required. By your school contracting the Adservio system, you become one of the following types of users: teacher, administrative staff, management staff, parent, or student.
The Adservio Privacy Policies explain how we process your personal data and how we protect your privacy when you use our Services.
Your content within our Services
Certain Services allow you to submit content. Adservio manages the interactive school management platform and the modules integrated in this platform: electronic school catalog, messaging, the mode dedicated to secretariat, the module dedicated to principals, the module for the teacher and does not intervene on the data contained in the system.
Certain Services may provide you with ways to access and remove content you submit to that Service. Additionally, certain Services have Terms and Conditions or settings that limit the scope of use of content submitted within those Services. Please ensure that you have the necessary rights to access the appropriate modules for all content you submit to our Services.
You can find more information about how Adservio uses and stores content in the Privacy Policy or in the Additional Terms and Conditions for certain Services, which will be made available to you on the uni.adservio.ro website. If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use that feedback or suggestions without violating personal data protection laws.
About the Software within the Services
You do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Services or the included software; you also do not have the right to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except where you have our written permission.
Modification and Termination of Services
We are constantly modifying and improving the Services. We may add or remove functionality or functions, and these changes will be notified in advance so that the provision of services to you does not suffer.
Warranties and Disclaimer of Liability
We provide the Services at a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data, and we hope you enjoy using them. However, there are certain things we cannot promise regarding the Services. The school is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data related to absences, disciplinary records, and subjects taught within the system. For clarity, Adservio does not have the right to intervene in any way in the data provided to the school, except in cases where Adservio explicitly agrees to do so under a contract, in compliance with legal provisions. In all other situations, Adservio is not responsible for missing data that should be provided by the school or delays in the school completing the data.
Liability for Our Services
Adservio shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any loss or damage that falls under the category of force majeure.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions that apply to a Service, for example, to reflect changes in legislation or in our Services. Please review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
About these Terms and Conditions
We will post notices regarding changes to these Terms and Conditions on this page. Notices regarding changes to the Additional Terms and Conditions will be posted within the relevant Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect at least fourteen days after posting. However, changes related to new features of a Service or required by law will take effect immediately. If you do not agree with the changes to the Terms and Conditions applicable to a Service, we recommend that you stop using that Service.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms and Conditions, the Additional Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Adservio and you. They do not create any rights for third-party beneficiaries.
If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we waive any rights we may have (for example, the right to take action in the future).
If any specific term or condition is found to be unenforceable, this will not affect the remaining Terms and Conditions.
